  We will enthusiastically represent OPCC because it belongs to Jesus Christ.

• STEWARDSHIP – We will be responsible with the allocation of the time, gifts, and money that have been entrusted to our responsibility.

• UNITY – Though we are a diverse people, we are united in purpose. We will not tolerate or engage in negative talk about our leaders, our people, or our ministries. To protect the unity of our church, we will hold each other accountable when this value is violated. If we need to express concerns, we will bring them either to God or directly to the person involved.

• FUN – We will not take ourselves too seriously.  We will seek to have fun with everything we do.  If it cannot be enjoyed we will not do it.

• RELATIONSHIPS – We place our relationship with Jesus Christ above all other relationships and our relationship to our families before everything but Jesus.We will become spiritual family by discipling one another. 

• AUTHENTICITY – We will be authentic followers of Christ. We will be real with God and each other. What you see is what we will be.

• COURAGE – We trust that the same God who brought us this far is calling us further, so we will step out in faith and forge new paths to fulfill His mission.

• RELEVANCE – We will go as far as we must without compromising the Truth to be relevant to the culture we are trying to reach for Christ.

• SERVICE – We will find a way to serve our church, community, and the nations of the world.
