318 Men’s Ministry

 

We are committed to forging Adventurous, Dangerous, Authentic Men, men who are equipped and prepared to take the fight to the enemy. Our goal is to create an environment where men grow in boldness, deepen in faith, and live out their calling with courage and conviction.

This isn’t just another men’s ministry. It’s a brotherhood built for spiritual battle, where men are sharpened, challenged, and sent out on mission.

Leadership Team:
Our ministry is led by a group of seasoned and passionate men, Charles Casco, Todd Milner, Randy Bratton, and Dan Merkh, who are deeply committed to walking the journey of faith, brotherhood, and leadership together.

Regular Events:
Each week, we offer two discipleship-focused groups: one led by Charles and the other by Todd. These groups center around Bible study, prayer, and authentic brotherhood. As our ministry grows, we're actively working to launch more groups by identifying and equipping new leaders. If you're looking for a place to grow deeper in your faith alongside other men, we'd love to help you get connected!

Wednesday Morning Men's Study
Start your Wednesday with something that matters. Join Charles Casco and a great group of men as we dive into God’s Word, pray together, and strengthen one another through real conversation and authentic fellowship. We meet every Wednesday at 6:00 AM right here at the church. Come hungry for truth and for coffee! Contact Charles if you have any questions 

Men's Discipleship Group with Todd Milner
Looking for a place to grow deeper in your faith? Join Todd Milner and a solid group of men as we open God’s Word, pray together, and sharpen each other through honest conversation and real community. This group meets every Tuesday night at the home of Todd Milner. Contact Todd directly to join or for more information, you’re welcome any time!

Key Annual Events:
We anchor the year with a few can't-miss events designed to build friendships, strengthen faith, and have a lot of fun along the way:

  • Men’s Retreat: Our biggest event of the year! We are finalizing plans for this October — stay tuned for confirmed dates.

  • Beast Feast: A legendary gathering where we swap stories, share wild game meals, and celebrate all things hunting and outdoors.

  • Shoot-n-Nanny: A laid-back event centered around fellowship, a little friendly competition, and a lot of laughs. This event typically happens in the fall.

 
 

How to Get Involved:
There’s a place for every guy here, whether you want to volunteer at a single event, host a "Bro Bash," help lead a group, or even step into leadership alongside our existing team. All are welcome!
